Sunday night
“How much for this?”, with a Pinterest photo, at eleven at night.
Coming soonThe photo comes with the booking.
Inês sends the photo at 23:02. Instead of replying, you send your website link: she adds the photo, picks the nail art and sees the price and time straight away. Carla sees the photo before she arrives.
Sunday, two minutes later
A fill that should take an hour and runs until two.
The right time, added up on its own.
When booking, Inês says she’s coming from another studio and has a broken nail. The calendar adds it all up: Tuesday, from 10:00 to 12:15. The next client only starts when she’s done.

Monday, the day before
Two empty hours because a client didn’t turn up.
Coming soonA reminder the day before and, if you want, a deposit.
The day before, every client gets a reminder. Rita can’t make it: she changes the time in one tap and the slot goes straight to Sofia. For long services you can also ask for a deposit and show your late policy.
Tuesday, on the way out
Clients who leave without booking their fill and never come back.
The next fill, booked before she leaves.
Inês finishes at 12:15 and leaves with her next fill booked, in 3 weeks. Clients who don’t book get a nudge when the right number of weeks has passed.
