When the team grows, the notebook stops working.

Your salon’s website and calendar. Everyone with their own calendar, colour with its processing time, the formula on every client’s card, and clients that belong to the salon, not to someone’s phone.

Someone’s off. The salon keeps going.

This is a morning at Mecha. Flip the switch and see what the calendar does when Sara calls in sick: each client moves to someone who does that service and is free at that time. Anyone who doesn’t fit gets a message straight away to choose another time.

Colour processing: the chair is free

A normal morning: three people, seven clients. Flip the switch.

A day in the salon, without the notebook

Four moments where the notebook and everyone’s WhatsApp let you down, and what changes with Vissir Hair.

Monday evening

A new client books colour for Saturday, and nobody remembers the allergy test.

Coming soon

The allergy test is booked with the colour.

On a first colour, the website asks if it’s the first time and books the test 48 hours before, as colour manufacturers recommend. The client leaves with both bookings and the salon is covered.

Tuesday morning

“What was Inês’s formula?” It was in Sara’s notebook, and Sara is off today.

Coming soon

The colour formula is on the client card.

Shade, developer and processing time are saved on Inês’s card at every visit. Today Vera does the colour, and the result is the same.

Coming soon

Wednesday evening

“When is Sara in?” Messages asking, because the client only wants Sara.

Clients pick their person and only see her days.

On the website, the client picks Sara and only sees the days and times Sara works. On her days off, she doesn’t even appear. Anyone who doesn’t mind picks anyone.

Six weeks later

The roots show and the client books somewhere else, because nobody reminded her.

Coming soon

Roots, remembered on time.

Six weeks after the colour, Inês gets the reminder and books in one tap, with the same formula waiting on her card.

Coming soon

Clients belong to the salon.

Every client’s card, history and formulas stay in the salon, not on someone’s phone. If someone leaves, the clients and everything you know about them stay. And the owner decides what each person sees.

  • Cards, formulas and history kept in the salon
  • Everyone sees what they need to work
  • The manager runs the calendar and the team; finances only if the owner wants

Questions salon owners ask

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. You start with example services already prepared, change what you want, and your website is ready. If you get stuck, we help.

Do clients do the allergy test?

On a first colour, the website books the test 48 hours before, as colour manufacturers recommend. You can turn this rule on or off and choose how far ahead.

What if someone on the team is off?

Mark the absence and that person’s bookings move to someone who does the same service and is free. Anyone who doesn’t fit gets a message to choose another time.

Does my team see everything?

No. Everyone sees their own calendar and their own clients. The manager runs the calendar and the team, and only sees finances if the owner turns that on.

Do my clients have to install an app?

No. They book on your website, on their phone, with their name, email and mobile number. No account needed.

Can I keep using WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes. Keep talking to your clients as always. When someone asks for a time, send them the link to your website and they book on their own.

How much does it cost?

We are setting the prices now. Salons that ask for early access are the first to know, before anyone else.

I work with a team and several chairs. Does it work?

Yes. Each stylist has their own hours and services, and each chair is booked without overlaps.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes. You can start with yoursalon.vissir.co and use your own domain.

Do colours with processing time fit the calendar?

Yes. Each service has its own phases, and during processing the calendar lets another client book with the same stylist.

And if I want to stop?

Your clients’ details are yours. You can download them whenever you want.

More time at the chair, less on the phone.
